Minimum Certificates / Month

Slabs are progressive: first 200 at Slab-1 rate, next 200 at Slab-2 rate, etc. Same instrument serial number within the same month is not counted twice (amendment rule). Minimum monthly bill = 200 × Slab-1 rate.
