How billing works: Only newly issued certificates count each month. If you correct or amend an existing certificate for the same instrument in the same month, it is not charged again. Minimum billing is 60 certificates/month (₹1,200). Annual plan saves 8% — pay upfront for 12 months. GST 18% applicable.

Common questions about pricing & billing
How is my monthly bill calculated?
Billing is per new certificate issued during the month. Rate: ₹20/cert for the first 60, ₹15/cert for 61–300, ₹13/cert for 301–600. Minimum bill is 60 certificates = ₹1,200/month. GST 18% is added on top.
What qualifies as a "new certificate"?
Each calibration certificate you issue to a customer counts as one. Amending or re-issuing a certificate for the same instrument within the same calendar month is not charged again.
How does the Annual Plan save me money?
Annual Plan bills you upfront for 12 months at an 8% discount. For example, at minimum (₹1,200/month), annual cost = ₹13,248 instead of ₹14,400 — saving ₹1,152/year.
What happens after my 7-day trial ends?
If you don't subscribe, your account is automatically suspended on day 8. You can still view your existing data for 30 days (grace period). After 30 days of suspension, all data is permanently deleted.
How do I pay? What payment modes are supported?
Payment is processed securely via Razorpay — UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, BHIM), credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), and net banking. An invoice is emailed to you immediately after payment.
Will my bill change if I issue more certs mid-month?
Yes — the bill is calculated on your total certificate count for the calendar month. If you issue 80 certs: first 60 × ₹20 = ₹1,200 + next 20 × ₹15 = ₹300. Total = ₹1,500 + GST.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans: cancellation takes effect at end of current month. Annual plans: access continues until the plan end date — unused months are not refunded.
Is there a setup fee or per-user fee?
No setup fee. No per-user fee. No onboarding charge. You pay only for the certificates you issue each month, plus GST. Unlimited users at your lab are included.
